Scott is a long-term veteran of the private equity industry as a former partner at Advent Int’l, Morgan Grenfell Private Equity and Eaton Gate.
Scott’s decades of capital markets experience and leadership in energy transition globally brings the necessary subject-matter expertise to deliver value for our investors.
Scott has an MBA from Harvard University.

Luke Spencer Wilson
Focused, approachable, and driven by results, Luke delivers compliance and structural wizardry to ensure investments are consummated in a safe and optimised fashion.
He brings years of experience from the banking and hedge fund industry and worked with Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank. He also served as the COO at HYCAP alongside Scott when he was Chief Inv. Officer at the fund.

Creative and strategic in equal measure, John joined us from Liberty Global to deliver an operational and tactical execution for our endeavours in the North American market. He turns insights into action by working closely with our entrepreneurs to find ever greater pathways to success.
He has led teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure deployments in Europe and now brings that execution savvy to our portfolio.
John holds an MSc from UCL, BSc from American University and is a graduate of the Royal Australian Naval College.

Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, Clare leverages her CEO expertise to guide teams through complex growth strategies. An accomplished investor and entrepreneur, she understands the nuances of building high-performing teams in scaling environments. Previously the COO for Macquarie (EMEA), she co-founded Eaton Gate in the early 2000s.
Clare holds a law degree from the University of Glasgow and a Post Graduate degree in Business from Strathclyde University, blending legal precision with sharp commercial strategy to support organizational success.
